I coach individuals at risk of or recovering from of a burnout and give them the necessary tools to find a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My passion and experience involve me in a wide variety of projects. One of which is teaching people of different ages and backgrounds about conflict management and the awareness to avoid and manage difficult encounters. With 30 years’ experience in a wide range of martial arts and negotiation tactics, I enjoy the challenge of helping others to learn new skills that may save their lives or prevent serious risks.
