After working in the hospitality and real estate industry for several years, I changed career and spent seven years with the International Committee of the Red Cross, holding positions in Geneva, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Rwanda. Back in Switzerland, I worked at the Swiss Federal Chancellery in Bern, capital of Switzerland.I have a BA in Sociology from the University of Fribourg and a MA in Organizational Behaviour from the California School of Professional Psychology. My fields of expertise include leadership development, personal and professional change management and transitions, organizational ethics and corporate social responsibility, cultural diversity and conflict management.
I am now working as an independent organizational development professional and change management consultant.
